The Flower in Balloons Wrap Tubes are a portable, handheld system for wrapping flowers and gifts in smaller balloons (5", 9"). The set includes three different cylinder sizes manufactured with tough, precision molded plastic that provide great versatility for wrapping various sizes of gifts and flowers. Blinking Balloons it is well worth the money.  Party decoration are usual.  But, when the light was dimmed, the blinking lights turn the wall into twinkling and flickering wonder! With these lights, a simple decoration turns into absolutely amazing, stunning piece of décor.

The lights are small, light weighted and can be lifted by a helium filled balloon.  On the negative side – they are not too dependable, I had to buy more, turn them on and use only those that were blinking.
